For emergencies, our Hotel Operator and Security staff are available 24 hours a day.

As a guest at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, your personal safety and security are of the utmost concern to us. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is one of the safest resorts in the world. Our resort is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire protection system, sensitive smoke detectors, an automated sprinkler system and public address speakers throughout all guest rooms and public areas.

The chances of an emergency occurring, such as fire at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino are minimal. But in the event of an emergency, knowing what to do and where to go can make the difference between life and death. If you feel you may need special assistance during an emergency situation, please notify our Front Desk at extension 2233 immediately.

May we suggest you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the following information: Locate emergency exits on your floor, count doors between rooms, locate the nearest fire alarm and fire extinguisher, and look at the map located behind your door. If you should have any questions, please contact the front desk for assistance.

 

Automobile Security

Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle and ensure that it is securely locked. The Hotel assumes no liability for the vehicles or their contents.

 

Room Keys

Your guest room key is vital to your room security. Please safeguard your key and return it to the Front Desk upon departure.

 

Room Security

Each room is equipped with a security door view to visually verify who may be at your door. Please do not admit persons to your room without first making identification. Any Hotel staff member will be wearing a name badge, so that they are easily identifiable. If there is any concern at all, please Touch 0 on your telephone and our security staff will promptly respond. In addition, we recommend that you always utilize the deadbolt lock on your door.
