CHEF ADAM MEIER
Chef Meier keeps a close eye out for the freshest ingredients and keeps on the cutting edge of the culinary world. He graduated from California Culinary Academy in 1981. He perfected his skills in the Bay Area until 1991 and later opened an intimate café. After five years he moved to the Central Valley and worked for two years as a chef at the acclaimed Daily Planet in Fresno. Chef Meier later worked for eight years in the esteemed Copper River Country Club.
