Position: Part-time Server, Vintage Steak House
Responsible for providing dining service to all customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer services.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred. Previous food server experience preferred.

 

Position: Retail Supervisor
Responsible for the daily supervision of all aspects of Retail, and promoting excellent standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. One to three years retail experience required.

 

Position: Lead Line Cook, Pastry Shop
Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift in accordance with company specifications and standards.

Qualifications: Three to Five years experience working in a high-volume pastry/bakery environment. Must be skilled at piping and cake decorating in general, and have the ability to supervise up to 8 persons.

 

Position: Lead Line Cook, Grave Shift
Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift in accordance with company specifications and standards.

Qualifications: Three to Five years experience working in a high-volume restaurant, featuring Coffee-shop style cooking, and have the ability to supervise up to 8 persons.

 

Position: Beverage Servers
Responsible for providing beverage service to all Casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications: High School diploma/GED required. One to two years restaurant or beverage serving in a large venue, preferred.

 

Position: Cashier
Responsible for handling Customer check monies transactions from food & beverage Customers in a prompt courteous manner and in accordance with the Company's high standards of Customer Services. Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Previous cashier experience preferred.

 

Position: High Limit Server
Responsible for providing Food and Beverage service to all High Limit customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of Customer services.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred. One to two years experience in restaurant serving or beverage serving in a large volume venue.

 

Position: Bus Person
Responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, monitoring tables for customer needs and duties requested by supervisory personnel, in a efficient courteous manner displaying a high standard of customer services.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred.

 

Position: Room Supervisor
Responsible for ensuring operations of the Venue and employee performances are in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures and Gaming regulations, on an assigned shift.

Directly assists in supervising all service employees on assigned shift.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. One to two years restaurant supervisory experience preferred.

 

Bartender
Responsible for the beverage service to Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service for restaurant customers.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two to three years previous experience required.

 

Part-time Host/Hostess, Vintage Steak House
Responsible for providing the Customers with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company's high standards of Customer Service.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous Food Server experience preferred.

 

Central Services Representative
Responsible for answering switchboard, making hotel reservation, cancellations, directing calls to appropriate individuals, taking accurate messages and delivering same, and effectively resolving minor customer disputes.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Experience with, or knowledge of, PBX equipment is preferred.

Special Qualifications: Must possess excellent communication skills, and a clear speaking voice. Ability to operate a computer, typewriter, paging system, beepers, radios, and copy machine and fax machine is required. Must be capable of remaining calm, when responding quickly and appropriately to emergency situations. Must possess the ability to attend to many items and details simultaneously, with accuracy.
